Our products are sold directly through our website, bike shops, and through selected online stores.

Why couldn't I put the item in the cart?

Once the item is sold out, then the product is not available to purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. For references, delivery time after dispatch is approximately 14 days via DHL (during COVID period) Express.In all cases you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

How much will shipping cost?

Free Shipping on orders over US$300

US$50 delivery on orders under US$300

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse as soon as possible within 1 to 3 business days of you placing your order.

Returns

How do I return all items?

To request a return please contact our support team via email.

Please also include the following information: 

- Name on the order

- Order number

- Product/s for return

- Reason for return

Once you email us, our customer service team will review your request and be in touch within 1-2 business days with further instructions. If you’re wanting to get a different size or style you can jump right back onto the website now to get your new order underway while we help with processing your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive all items and confirm goods are returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. After checking, we will process the refund. 

*Excluding return items, once the total amount is less than US$300, the refund will deduct the delivery cost.

Can I exchange products for different colour and size?

We are not able to exchange products. Instead, you can return products and place a new order which fits you more. By this way,  we can offer your needs sooner since we don't have to receive the return and then ship the new product.

*No exchanges are offered for sale items.

Return poilcy

We’re not able to offer free return shipping for orders outside of Taiwan. Sales Items are excluded from our Free Returns policy, and while these can be returned, the cost of return postage falls to the customer.
